The development and production of these high-quality armatures and its control systems is based on our experience originating from more then 70 years within the area of liquid analysis. Thanks to the constant active contact to our customers we are aware that basically every application has its own requirements. The reliable measuring of pH, redox, conductivity and D.O. values up to temperature within the process requires individual solutions. CHEMfit Static Sensor Holders

  • A product range for the permanent installation of sensors with Pg 13.5 on welding sockets and a length of 120 mm and a diameter of 12 mm.
  • Different types of process connections such as Ingold DN25 (CHEMfit 310) , TriClamp (CHEMfit 311), Varivent or NEUMO Biocontrol (CHEMfit 312)
  • Also available in 15° model for installation in vertical pipelines (CHEMfit 315)
  • Designed according the hygenic criteria to fulfill the requirements for food and pharmatceutical production
  • High variation of sealing material (also EPDM with FDA and USP VI permit)
  • Stainless steel AISI 316L with optional surfaces smaller than 0.8 μRa or 0,4 μRa
  • Up to 10 bar and 140°C

CHEMdip Static Insertion Armatures

  • The new type of armatures for the permanent insertion of sensor with Pg 13.5 welding sockets in tanks
  • CHEMdip 910 in stainless steel AISI 316L/1.4404 (or also Hastelloy) as well as CHEMdip 920 in PP or PVDF.
  • CHEMdip 910 and 920 with DN50 process connection for low-maintenance electrodes with 120 mm length and 12 mm diameter.
  • With integrated orbital sensor cleaning system, no longer requiring an external cleaning system.
  • Easy installation and distance of sensor holder
  • Immersion length 500 to 2000 mm

CHEMtrac manual retractable holders

  • Manual retractable holder for the installation of sensors with 12 mm diameter and Pg 13.5 thread on tanks or tubes.
  • Immersion lengths from 107 or 207 mm.
  • For all types of sensors with a diameter of 12 mm as well as a length of 225 or 325 mm as low-maintenance model or as liquid electrolyte version in 280 or 380 length.
  • Choice of different material i.e. stainless steel AISI 316L/1.4404, Hastelloy, PP, PVDF or PEEK
  • Choice of various process sealing material (i.e. EPDM and FPM (Viton) or FFKM (Kalrez)).
  • Choice of various process connections (DN32, DN40, DN50, ANSI, NPT, Triclamp, Ingold DN25, Varivent, Neumo)
  • Manual operation also against 12 bar.
  • Automatic safety lock for each according position
  • Pneumatic operation can be added.

CHEMtrac automatic retractable holders

  • Automatic retractable holder for the installation of sensors with 12 mm diameter and Pg13.5 thread on tanks or tubes.
  • Measuring points with these armatures can be handled fully automatic via the pneumatic or electro-pneumatic control system CHEMtrol 450 or CHEMtrol 460.
  • Where automatic sensor cleaning and/or calibration is required.
  • Choice betwen immersion length from 107 up to 207 mm.
  • For all types of sensors with a diameter of 12 mm as well as a length of 225 or 325 mm as low-maintenance model or as liquid electrolyte version in 280 or 380 length.
  • Choice of different material i.e. stainless steel AISI 316L/1.4404, Hastelloy, PP, PVDF or PEEK

CHEMtrol control units for retractable holders

  • CHEMtrol 450 as manual control unit with cleaning function. Driven by air at 6 bar. No electrical installation necessary.
  • CHEMtrol 460 as electro pneumatical control unit with individual programmable control as well as cleaning and sealing water function. Works with any transmitter and any pneumatic holder.
  • Integrated connecting hose for retractable holder.
  • Up to two different cleaning solutions can be controlled.
  • Detection of holder position.
  • Available in stainless steel design or plastic.
  • Various pipe and wall mounting sets are available as accessories.
  • Various valve sets are available as accessories.
